Energy Moot Court Competition

This competition, hosted by the WVU College of Law Moot Court Board, highlights emerging trends in energy law as well as recent developments in sustainable energy production. The winners of the competition will receive scholarships in recognition of their superior appellate advocacy skills.

The competition is geared toward any law students desiring to work in the energy and sustainability law field. Competing in this event will test your skills and provide an invaluable opportunity to meet and interact with other law students interested in energy and sustainability as well as industry professionals and government regulators.

The public is invited to attend the competition’s final rounds on March 16 in the WVU College of Law Center.
